The main tasks are stimulation of employment and education quality in field of plastics production and processing and that way to reach increase of competitiveness of companies in field of plastics production.

• Insufficient system of education from the lowest level (operators, setupers),
• Insufficient system of further education and insufficient nedostatočná awarness of innovation in the respective field,
• Non-existence of any strong organizazion – partner to represent plastics industry in relation to project activity on national or international level,
• insufficient communication and marketing between of companies within plastics industry,
• Non-existence of any strong partner for foreign entities supporting of innovation transfer in field of research.
